How I Work

  1. Understand before changing

    Trace the workflow, architecture, data, users, and operating constraints first.

  2. Frame before choosing technology

    Separate the business problem, user problem, system constraint, and implementation choice.

  3. Build in small, reversible steps

    Prefer changes that can be tested, observed, rolled back, and learned from.
